The ECL20 Electrochemiluminescence Instrument provided by Guangzhou Jincheng Scientific Instruments is a high-performance electrochemiluminescence instrument/potentiostat/galvanostat/impedance analyzer, suitable for conducting comprehensive electrochemical techniques and electrochemiluminescence tests simultaneously or independently. The instrument integrates electrochemical analysis and chemiluminescence detection, enabling real-time electrochemiluminescence detection of samples, while simultaneously displaying chemiluminescence signals and electrochemical analysis signals with detailed analysis.
The ECL20 offers electrochemiluminescence detection technology with electrochemical control, broad response, and high sensitivity. The instrument utilizes a photomultiplier tube (PMT) with extremely high sensitivity and ultrafast time response as the light detection device, with a wavelength response of 230-920 nm, providing a broad spectral response. The instrument's dark current output is only 1 mV, fully meeting the requirements for electrochemiluminescence mechanism research and electrochemiluminescence immunoassay. The PMT is positioned at the bottom of the electrochemical reaction chamber, separated by a glass slide, facilitating solution placement and electrochemiluminescence signal collection while preventing solution or dust from entering the PMT.
The electrochemiluminescence instrument features a robust modular design, with a current range of 1 nA to 250 mA (12 ranges in total, current resolution less than 10 fA). The electrochemiluminescence channel can be installed and detached independently, allowing the instrument to be used either as an electrochemiluminescence instrument in combination or as a standalone electrochemical workstation. The instrument is feature-rich, functioning as a potentiostat and galvanostat in electrochemical testing, and provides AC impedance testing methods.
